So I gave them a call. The technician showed up right on time, which is always a plus. He was super chill, got straight to the issue. Turned out it was a problem with the cooling system. He knew his stuff, double-checked everything and handled it like a pro. I was relieved it didn't take forever. Now, my fridge is working perfectly again. Loved that the service was so efficient and the tech guy explained things in a way that made sense. Definitely recommend them for refrigerator repair.
